rent has been helping me with house hunting since 2019, some houses were lost due to cash buyers, or out bid, then covid, in 2020, shut down my house hunting, then I restarted my house hunting, off and on, in 2021, and on into 2022, just couldn't find that house, but Brent STUCK with us and he never faltered! Brent was always ready to show us houses, if he couldn't be there, he made sure someone would show the house in his place. Also, if we had questions regarding the housing market, interest rates, He'd suggest offers to submit, based on the number of other interested buyers, for a house we'd be interested in! You name it, Brent would explained everything in terms we understood! Also, Brent was quick to offer names of contractors who could give estimates for just about anything the house needed; electrical, plumbing, roof, masonry work, or slab contractor, he'd call these folks up to get answers to questions we had for houses we saw, that needed some work. Brings us to 2023, we found the Forever Home, and Brent, as always, was there to get historical information, and communicated with listing agent, to again, get us answers to our questions. Brent was THERE AT CLOSING! So, from START TO CLOSING, Brent will be there with the buyer providing his expertise and support!
